SBR Ltd is a custom home builder in St. Thomas, Ontario, with deep roots in the community. We design and build homes that reflect how you actually live — and we carry the pool, the septic and the outdoor living that finish the property.

Most builds mean juggling separate contractors who each blame the last one. Everything below is handled in house, on one schedule.

- Ten plans to start from or a fully custom design, built across St. Thomas, London and the Elgin County townships.
- Septic systems
- Fully licensed to design and install, so the servicing is planned into the build rather than chased afterwards.
- Fibreglass pools and spas
- Fibreglass and vinyl liner pools as an authorized Latham dealer, plus spas, saunas and outdoor kitchens.
- Residential elevators
- Pneumatic vacuum elevators — no shaft, no machine room, and a one-to-three-day install in an existing home.
