Most builds take four companies. This one takes one.
A custom home usually means a builder, an excavator, a pool contractor and a landscaper — four contracts, four schedules, and four people pointing at each other when something slips. SBR carries the whole property.

The house
Ten plans to start from or a fully custom design, built to Net-Zero certification.

Septic systems
We are fully licensed to design and install them — so the servicing is sequenced into the build instead of chased afterwards.

The backyard
Pool, spa, sauna and outdoor kitchen, designed while the house is still on paper so the sightlines and grades actually work.

Home elevators
Pneumatic vacuum elevators — self-supporting, so they need no shaft or machine room and go into an existing house in one to three days.

Ten plans. Every one of them personalized before it gets built.
The plans are a starting point, not a catalogue. Move a wall, change the roofline, add the elevator shaft — the drawings get adjusted to the lot and to how you actually live before a shovel goes in the ground.

The most recent completed build. Limestone and timber cladding, a two-storey glazed stair tower and a low hipped roofline.
